Within a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting space, I assist clients in exploring their issues and making positive changes in their lives. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in working with adults and families dealing with depression, anxiety and in navigating transitions in their lives including grief, loss, divorce, family issues and life changes. As a Christian, I also enjoy supporting clients’ growth within their faith of practice and making connections that strengthen their personal plans of action.
