Courageous Conversations helps adults—especially those over 50—navigate the transitions, turning points, and tough moments that demand clarity and truth.  Founded on the belief that growth requires honesty, I guide individuals and leaders through the real work of aligning values, purpose, and next-chapter decisions.

I specialize in supporting people facing identity shifts, career crossroads, culture-based challenges, or organizational environments where they’re expected to “fit in” instead of fully show up.  Using the CORE Strategy—Culture, Opportunity, Respect, and Engagement—I help leaders build healthier workplaces and help clients reclaim confidence, direction, and agency.
